Originally developed by Master Lin Hou-Sheng from China in 1979, Shibashi Qigong is a beautiful and graceful series of 18 movements designed to generate, strengthen and regulate our qi.
The entire body benefits from the invigorating, yet deeply relaxing movements. Shibashi Qigong is enjoyable and easy to do for people of all ages!
