A little history…
When COVID-19 broke out this past March, I, like so many, felt overwhelmed and afraid. In an effort to calm down my own nervous system and to help others do the same, I offered free online classes.
Right from the beginning, I knew that I would need to find a way to bring the same warmth, comfort and naturalness of my in-person classes into my online studio. My goal was to give every participant an authentic, personal and energetically connected experience.
And it worked! Online participants tell me that they look forward to joining my classes, that they are able to stay focused, and that they feel as connected as if they were in person.
As I expand my online offerings, I am committed to maintaining this strong sense of connection and to facilitate the creation of meaningful changes in our world! As we navigate these trying times, I believe this is more important than ever.

Heart Openers is an inclusive community of open-minded and open-hearted individuals who share a desire to bring more presence, joy, and well-being into their lives. Through the practice of Qigong, we access our connection with infinite life source and flow this energy into our bodies and our lives.
